As the STS Conference Graz 2025 will be a hybrid event, the fee categories differ, depending on whether you participate in person in Graz or online. Please register here. (Registration starts in February 2025).
Payment of the conference fees is required for all participants (including chairs and presenters).
Fees are required to support the organization of the event, technical and event support staff, as well as online and offline infrastructure.
Cancellation Policy
Canceling up to 30 days prior to the event entitles the customer to a refund of 80% of the fee paid. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the customer remain fully effective.
Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organization without any extra charge.
